Words of Advice
This week in my classes, I asked my students to write down the best words of advice they could offer to a complete stranger. I think you will find their words full of wisdom! I would like to share them with you:

-"Keep your eyes and senses open to your angels on earth, so you don't miss them."

-"Treat others with kindness."

-"Be true to yourself, and embrace the moment." –Mary

-"Try to have patience in public with people you don't know: drivers, lines in grocery stores, etc."

-"Always be positive." –Meg

-"Positive attitude in all endeavors."

-"Never give up and keep trying! When someone throws you down, stand right up and keep trying."

-"Its not the barriers/obstacles you face, your quality of life is determined by how you face them."

-"Love yourself for who you are." –Kari

-"To thine own self be true. The truth will set you free." –Lorrie

-"Extend yourself in some way-even a smile or "hello." Be the first one if need be! You will learn to be confident and gracious and will usually receive a pleasant or even surprising response."

-"We use TV, food, alcohol to numb out so we don't have to think about the things we need to do in order to move forward in life." -Shannon Schomberg
